Tables in the wrong place kill an evening. We walk your venue — physically or by video call — and produce a floor plan that answers the practical questions: where guests arrive, where chips are issued, how foot traffic circulates between tables, bar and stage, and where the photo zone catches people at their best.
If you have no venue yet, we shortlist options from our twelve partner venues across Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Hamilton, matched to your guest count and budget.

We calculate the table count from your guest list — roughly one hosted seat-rotation per fourteen guests keeps queues away — and assign the host team. Hosts are briefed on your event specifically: names to know, moments to protect, and the level of formality your crowd expects.
In parallel, the production desk locks the run sheet: deliveries, setup windows, sound checks, chip counts, and the minute-by-minute schedule your on-site producer will run from.

Personalised chips, table cards, welcome signage and the photo zone are produced in the final fortnight. On the day, our crew arrives hours before your guests, and a single on-site producer runs the entire evening against the run sheet — cueing hosts, managing the leaderboard, and quietly absorbing every surprise a live event produces.
Pack-down is ours too. The venue is returned to its original state the same night, and you receive a short debrief note — with photos — within three working days.
