Casino-themed entertainment 18+ Symbolic chips only — no real-money gambling Auckland, New Zealand

Five formats.
One standard.

Every format below runs on the same foundations: hosted tables, symbolic chips, professional production and a strictly entertainment-only footing. What changes is the scale, the tone and the room.

01

Corporate Casino Night

The flagship format. A year-end celebration, client reception or company milestone built around a floor of hosted tables — roulette as the centrepiece, blackjack and poker holding the corners of the room.

Guests receive a set of symbolic chips at the door, hosted table time is woven between speeches and dinner courses, and a shared leaderboard keeps a gentle current of competition running through the evening. The top-scoring table takes home the trophy — and nothing else, because nothing else is on the line.

We coordinate directly with your venue, caterer and AV supplier so your team has exactly one point of contact: our producer.

02

Private Party

Birthdays, anniversaries, reunions and celebrations that deserve more than a playlist and a grazing table. We scale the casino-night concept down to private venues — and, surprisingly often, up to them: some of our most elegant evenings have run in family homes and rented villas.

A typical private setup pairs one roulette table with one blackjack or poker table, two hosts, and a compact chip-and-scoring kit. The hosts carry the evening: teaching, pacing, and pulling reluctant guests into the game until the whole room is standing around the felt.

Every private event is a closed function for invited adult guests (18+). We agree the guest list format, timing and house rules with you in advance.

03

VIP Evening

A slower, quieter, more polished register. VIP evenings are designed for smaller guest lists where every detail is inspected up close: premium table finishes, personalised chip sets, printed table cards, and a host-to-guest ratio generous enough that no one ever waits for a seat.

The format suits partner dinners, board celebrations and hosted client lounges. Table sessions are unhurried and conversational — the game is the icebreaker, not the agenda.

On request, we add a dedicated concierge to manage arrivals, cloakroom and guest introductions, so your own team can simply attend their event.

04

Mobile Table Rental

Already running your own event? We deliver the tables — and the people who make them work. Mobile rental brings full-size roulette, blackjack and poker tables to your venue anywhere in the Auckland, Hamilton or Wellington regions, each with a trained host included.

This is not a drop-and-go furniture hire. Every rental includes setup and pack-down, symbolic chip kits, host briefing on your event's tone and schedule, and a floor supervisor for bookings of three tables or more.

Rental windows are agreed to the hour, so the tables appear before your guests do and vanish before the venue wants them gone.

05

Team Building

Casino-night mechanics turn out to be an excellent team-building engine: clear rules, fast feedback, and just enough friendly rivalry. Our team format organises guests into rotating squads that move between tables on a timed circuit, pooling their symbolic-chip scores as a group.

Rotation design is the quiet trick — we mix squads so people play alongside colleagues they rarely meet, and hosts act as facilitators, keeping quieter members in the game. Group scoring means the strongest squads are the ones that communicate, not the ones with a lucky streak.

The format compresses well into an afternoon session, making it a popular add-on to conferences and offsites.

Questions

Asked before every booking

No. Our events are entertainment services. Guests play with symbolic chips that have no monetary value, there are no buy-ins, and no money changes hands at any point. The top score earns a trophy and bragging rights — that is the full extent of it.

Not at all — most don't. Every table host opens with a two-minute plain-English walkthrough and keeps coaching throughout the evening. In our experience, complete beginners are usually the loudest table by the second hour.

Yes. Our tables break down for standard doorways and lifts, and we do a venue walkthrough (in person or by video) before every booking to plan table placement, power and guest flow. Alternatively, we can recommend one of our twelve partner venues.

For November–December dates, eight to twelve weeks. Outside peak season, four weeks is usually comfortable, and mobile table rentals can often be arranged within a fortnight, subject to availability.

Yes — personalised chips, table cards, signage and photo zones are part of our production service. Client-branded chip sets are our most requested add-on, and many clients keep them as keepsakes after the event.
