This page exists for venue managers, building supervisors and the agency producer who has to know whether our kit fits through the door. Every figure below is measured from our own equipment, not copied from a catalogue.

Site requirements
What the venue provides

Power — almost none
The tables themselves need no power. One 10 A socket runs the leaderboard screen and the chip station lamp; total draw across a full seven-table floor stays under 400 W.

Light on the felt
Cards and chips need roughly 150 lux at table height. Most function rooms are brighter than that; the ones that are not, we light ourselves with four battery uplights per table zone.

Space between tables
A minimum of 1.2 m of clear circulation between table footprints, and a 1.1 m route to every fire exit. This is the first thing on our floor plan and the last thing we compromise on.

A chip station
One trestle-sized surface near the entrance, 1.8 × 0.6 m, where guests collect their chip set on arrival. We bring the cloth, the signage and the counting trays.

Crew access window
Two to four hours before doors, depending on table count. A seven-table floor takes 2.5 hours to build and dress with a crew of four, and 70 minutes to strike.

No open flame near felt
Candles are welcome in the room, not on the tables. Our felt is treated but not fireproof, and it is the one styling request we routinely decline.

KIT — 01
The chips
39 mm composite chips, 11.5 g, five denominations, 1,200 to an event kit. Branded chips carry a 25 mm printed insert on both faces. They are issued free, carry no monetary value, and cannot be redeemed for anything at all — a point we print on the table card, not just in the contract.
KIT — 02
The cards
Plastic-coated decks, retired after forty events or the first bent corner, whichever comes first. Every deck is checked and counted at the warehouse the day before, and again by the host before doors.
KIT — 03
The leaderboard
Chip counts are entered by the producer on a tablet and shown on the venue's screens, or on a 55-inch display we bring. It updates at the end of each session — a scoreboard, not a live feed, because the tension belongs at the table.
