PromoLineup — Event Bureau · Est. 2021
Casino-themed events.
Produced with precision.
We design and run elegant themed evenings for corporate and private clients across New Zealand. Full-size roulette, blackjack and poker tables, professional hosts and the buzz of a real event floor — brought to your venue and produced end to end. Guests play with branded chips issued free at the door: no stake, no cash, no prize of monetary value, no exceptions.
Scope of business
An event supplier.
Not a casino.
What we do
- Hire out full-size game tables with a trained host on every one
- Produce private functions: concept, floor plan, run sheet, on-site producer
- Issue identical branded chip sets to every guest, free of charge
- Run an evening that ends with a leaderboard, a trophy and a photograph
What we do not do
- No online gambling, betting or remote gaming — nothing on this site can be played
- No stake, buy-in or payment of any kind by a guest, at any point
- No cash, vouchers or prizes of monetary value attached to a result
- No public events: every function is closed, invited and 18+
Because our events involve neither payment to take part nor a prize, they are not gambling under the Gambling Act 2003 and require no gaming licence. If that distinction matters to your venue or your compliance team, we put it in writing — see our entertainment standards or the questions page.
The principle
A real event floor,
done properly.
Three principles behind every event we produce — printed into every contract and briefed to every host.
01
Real tables, real hosts
Roulette, blackjack and poker on full-size tournament-grade tables, run by professional hosts who bring pace and tension to a room — for first-timers and confident players alike.
02
Full production
From concept note to final chip count — we handle venue planning, table logistics, branded chips, host briefing and on-site coordination end to end.
03
Private events, 18+
Our events are private functions for adult audiences, booked by a client and closed to the public. Guest lists, timings and house rules are agreed in advance and printed on the table cards.
What we produce
Five event formats
From a boardroom celebration for twenty to a client reception for two hundred and twenty — one bureau, one standard of production.

F–01
Corporate Casino Night
Year-end celebrations, client receptions and milestone parties built around hosted tables and a shared leaderboard.

F–02
Private Party
Birthdays, anniversaries and house parties with an elegant table setup scaled to your venue — or your living room.

F–03
VIP Evening
Lounge-style evenings with premium table finishes, personalised chips and a concierge-level host team.

F–04
Mobile Table Rental
Roulette, blackjack and poker tables delivered to your venue with hosts included — a turnkey addition to an event you already run.

F–05
Team Building
Structured team rotations, group scoring and light competition — collaboration disguised as a night out.
The tables
Three disciplines.
One host per table.
Full-size tables, quality felt and fittings, and hosts who explain everything in plain English before the first round.
Hosted Roulette
The most social table in the room. Simple to learn in one round, and the natural centre of gravity for larger receptions.
Hosted Blackjack
Fast rounds and quick decisions keep the table lively. Our hosts pace the game so nobody sits out for long.
Hosted Poker
Tournament-style poker with a patient host who guides new players through every hand.

The process
Brief to final chip
in four stages
1
Brief & goals
We define the occasion, the audience and what a successful evening looks like for you.
2
Venue & guest flow
Table placement, guest routes and timing mapped onto your venue — or one of our partner venues.
3
Tables & hosts
We match table count and host team to your guest list, so queues never form and energy never dips.
4
Branding & execution
Personalised chips, signage and photo zones — then an on-site producer runs the night end to end.
Where we work
Kit on the road
Eleven tables live in a warehouse in Albany and spend most of the summer somewhere else. The practical detail venue managers ask for, before they ask.
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| Where do you travel? | Auckland as standard; Hamilton, Tauranga and Whangārei by road; Wellington and Christchurch by freight several times a year |
| Will the tables fit? | Sections pass a 760 mm doorway; a lift needs 1300 mm of internal diagonal |
| How long is the build? | 25 minutes per table with two crew — a seven-table floor takes 2.5 hours dressed |
| How much power? | Under 400 W for a whole floor; the tables themselves need none |
| What about insurance? | NZ$2,000,000 public liability, certificate supplied the day it is requested |

Client words
Anonymised, by design
Our events are private functions, so we never name clients publicly. The words below are shared with permission, roles only.
Before you write to us
Three questions
we answer daily
No. There is no game, demo, app or account here, and no gambling of any kind is offered online. This site describes a service and takes booking enquiries; every table we run stands in a physical room with a host beside it.
They are counted for the leaderboard and then they are souvenirs. Chips carry no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for anything, and are issued free to every guest at the door — the winning table takes a trophy and a photograph, and that is the whole of it.
Eight to twelve weeks for a November or December date — that season fills by early October. Four weeks is comfortable the rest of the year, and a single table can often be arranged inside a fortnight.
